Burdenco is led by Principal Consultant Ross Burden, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the open-cut coal and quarrying industries. Ross has developed expertise in a range of specialized areas, including Terrace Mine Design and Scheduling, Mine Haulage Optimisation, Through Seam Blasting, and Bulk Explosives Manufacture.
Throughout his career, Ross has successfully managed and delivered major projects in a variety of challenging environments. Key areas of accomplishment include Drill and Blast engineering, process improvement initiatives, blasting in environmentally sensitive conditions and the development of tender mine plans and schedules.
